Time to start eating properly again!
Now that the holidays are over and the children are back at school, it's time for me, yes me, to start eating properly again. As usual, I over-ate during the holidays and have probably gained about 10 pounds (too scared to jump on a scale and see the truth). I had a friend stop by for lunch yesterday and tried a new recipe for us. It was delicious, filling and I didn't feel bloated afterwards.

Natural Fabric Softeners and Essential Oils
Vinegar is a great fabric softener. It's non-toxic and removes soap residue in the rinse cycle along with preventing static cling in the dryer.
